Weekend camping is a ticket for each person plus a camping unit, a 7m by 7m plot for your vehicle and awning. Camping units and adult, child (5 to 16) and under-5 tickets are all booked on tickets.busfest.org. All campsites are colour-coded: your confirmation email tells you which zone you are in, and at the gate your QR codes are exchanged for a colour-coded windscreen sticker and wristbands. Passes are emailed from around 26 August.

Not camping? Day tickets get you in on Saturday and Sunday. Park at the Day Visitor car park and come in through the Day Gate. Adult, child (5 to 16) and family day tickets are available. Day visitor tickets go on sale in April.
New for 2026, an entertainment-only Friday evening, 16:00 to 00:00, in via the Yellow gate.
New for 2026, the Friday evening is extended for those who want to enjoy the live entertainment but cannot camp for the weekend. Gates open to you from 16:00 and you must be off site by midnight. Entry is £30 on the gate, in through the Yellow gate, where parking is available. Pre-booked Friday evening tickets go on sale closer to the event.
Blue Zone camping for pre-registered VW clubs so you can pitch together.
Many VW enthusiasts join or create clubs to attend events together. We welcome many clubs to BUSFEST each year. Clubs must be vetted and certified, include a minimum of 10 vehicles, and hold valid Public Liability Insurance covering festivals. Club campers pay the same ticket pricing but get a reserved plot closer to the middle of the festival, with pitches assigned together. Follow the brown signs for the Three Counties Showground, then the AA yellow signage for your specific gate. Do NOT rely on sat-nav for the final approach. Arrive at the gate printed on your ticket.
